Des is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) as well as a Specialist Investment Advisor (SIA), and has over 25 yearsâ experience working in the Financial Services Sector. During that time, he has been advising individuals and organisations across both the Public and Private sectors. Throughout his career, Des has offered financial advice to organisations, their staff, and management, on financial planning for pension, retirement, investment opportunities and income protection. He also has extensive experience at establishing and managing group pension schemes, including death in service and salary protection benefits.
