Vivienne Brierton
Vivienne is the Receptionist Phelan Caswell Insurance and joined the team in 2013. On reception Vivienne is front of house and is the first point of contact for anyone contacting the company by phone or for any visitors to the office. She is responsible for greeting all visitors with a positive and professional attitude, taking and ensuring calls and messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis, receiving and dispatching post and assisting with administration duties and managing office supplies such as stationery.
