Commercial Client Service Executive

Responsible for service and retention of their own book of business, within our commercial team.

Experience:

The successful applicant should have CIP qualification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Commercial Insurance. Applicants need to demonstrate their level of working knowledge within this area of Insurance.

They must also comply with the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.

The successful applicant should have:

  • 2+ years commercial experience within broker.
  • Handling and developing of a commercial book of business.
  • Knowledge of the commercial insurance market and commercial lines products.
  • The ability to assess the insurance needs of clients and provide them with appropriate coverage options.
  • Focused, diligent & be committed to work.
  • Able to communicate effectively (in both written and verbal form).
  • Willing to be part of a team.
  • Have attention to detail and time management.
  • Can manage own workload.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Aptitude to make real-time decisions based on changing information.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with management.

Junior Client Services Executive

Responsible for supporting our Client Servicing teams & Account Directors within our commercial department, the acquisition of new clients, and the overall growth of the business.

You will gain in-depth knowledge of risks and the insurance market in order to arrange suitable policies & cover for our clients.
