Property Owners Liability insurance provides cover for damage or injury caused to a member of the public as a result of a defect in your property.

Engineering Insurance
In line with Health & Safety legislation, lifting equipment & pressurised equipment are deemed as “Statutory Items”. This means that they must hold current inspection certificates by an independent qualified person.
Cover for these inspections can be arranged with insurer & the cover can also be extended to include Sudden & Unforeseen Damage to the equipment itself.
Business Interruption Insurance
This cover is designed to cover you loss of rental income, following a loss at your premises (eg fire).
Legal Expenses
This cover can be bought separately or it can be provided as part of a combined traders package. This policy allows for defence costs in respect of legal proceedings.
