Automatic Open / Emergency Cover:

The principle of Open Cover is straightforward, to provide automatic cover on Assets and Liabilities subject to an appointment from the instant you are appointed. Our Open Cover product satisfies this requirement by offering up to 30 days automatic cover on a diverse range of trades. Some trades will need to be pre-approved, but a complete list of these trades is provided.

 

This means:

  • Automatic cover
  • No lengthy or complicated application forms
  • Advice and monitoring throughout each case
  • Specific Property Owners product with expanded wording
  • Management and supervision of Pre-Appointment insurance, whether continued or cancelled

 

Dedicated Relationship Manager:

Each of our clients has a dedicated relationship manager who manages each case from cover request from start to finish, so you are constantly dealing with one person. We agree on a specific service level agreement that works best for you.

Training:

As part of our overall client service programme, we have designed an extensive training package to assist, train, develop and engage our client’s staff in the insurance provision process, which can be tailored to your unique requirements.

Claims:

Our internal claims team provides committed claims advocacy throughout the entire claims procedure.
