Mark Phelan
Mark is the Managing Director of Phelan Caswell Insurances, which he co-founded in 1998 with director Philip Caswell and Property Developer Eddie Bohan. Mark’s role is to ensure PCI remains focused on delivering tailored insurance and financial planning services backed up by professional expertise and integrity. Prior to setting up PCI, Mark worked with Willis Insurance Group, one of the world’s leading risk management and insurance intermediaries. In his position as Deputy M.D. of Willis Ireland, Mark gained considerable expertise advising on and providing multi-national and alternative risk solutions for corporate business. Before this, Mark was a Director for 14 years with insurance broker Alan Tierney & Partners and was responsible for the growth of indigenous Irish business and scheme insurance. Mark commenced his insurance career in 1978 with AON Group, an international company providing risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and specialty insurance underwriting.
