Donna joined Phelan Caswell Insurances in September 2006 as a Client Service Executive. Prior to this she worked in Coyle Hamilton for 7 years beginning as a Personal Lines Broker and progressing to a commercial role in the small business unit and in this time obtaining a Diploma of Insurance Practice. She specialises as a Senior Client Service Executive working with Company Directors & Account Executives on varying levels and types of large commercial and corporate accounts.â
